Just a week away and the online casino and poker gambling industries are still lending their support and donations for the first international Rock4Change benefit concert. Rock4Change is a concert, taking place in Los Angeles and featuring an impressive line-up of musical acts and celebrity presenters, all coming together to raise money to support charity work in Darfur and Uganda in Africa. The online casino and poker gambling industries have already showed a great sensitivity to the needs of the extreme poverty and war-zones in Uganda that are leaving children orphaned and the upcoming Rock4Change concert is just one more way that the internet casinos and internet gamblers can show support by donating or spreading the word about the cause.

The Rock4Change (Rock4Change.org) concert takes place on September 4, 2008 at the Gibson Amphitheater and features Dane Cook as celebrity host for the evening of musical entertainment. Also, the event features performances by Flea from the Red Hot Chili Pepper, John Frusciante, Josh Klinghoffer, and Stella Mozgawa doing a once-in-a-lifetime performance. Also performing are RhymeFest, Tom Morello, Charlie Wilson and other. The online casino and poker communities have shown their support for this cause just months ago at the “Ante Up for Africa” poker event in Las Vegas, and it is time to once again to show that internet gamblers care about the international commuity.
