Who needs the online casinos when gamblers can just head over the their favorite Sky Channel Station and participate in some of the station’s cash poker games or benefit from some in-depth poker gaming analysis from professionals. The Sky Poker channels are offering players two new experiences: “Stacked Up” and “Sky Poker Unlimited.” Poker players are able to tune into the Sky Poker channels on their home TVs and watch the poker players compete in new tourneys and poker games in real time.

The two new programs are designed to fill a current niche within the online casino gambling industry. Poker players are always looking for innovative ways to participate in poker gambling, and while online poker certainly fills that space for some, interactive and live Sky Poker gambling is growing a large base of followers in the UK. The Head of Channels for Sky Poker and Sky Bingo, Pete Ward, elaborated on the two new shows. He notes, “With so much action happening at Sky Poker it is easy to miss the most exciting moments from the various tournaments, Sky Poker Unlimited is hosted by the regular Sky Poker personalities and features the best from all of our tournaments, including The Open, Velocity and The Five 0.”

As for the other new online poker show on the Sky Poker channels, gamblers can look forward to the cash games in the new “Stacked Up” poker show. Ward notes, “As the first TV show focused entirely on cash games Stacked Up will be a revolution in interactive TV poker programming.” The interactive element of Sky TV is slowly transforming the way that at-home gamblers watch and play online poker from their televisions.
