When using Razz poker tips, the object of the game is to make the worst 5 card hand that you can out of the 7 cards you are dealt. Three of your cards are dealt face down so that only you can see them, and four of your cards are face up so your opponents are able to see them as well. With this particular game, unlike Texas Holdem and other such popular games, the aim is to use the low cards and not the high cards. The lower the cards you have, the better hand you have. In the first round the game using Razz poker tips, each player must put in a ante this is usually a certain fraction of the starting bet. The dealer then deals out three cards to each player, one upcard and two down cards. These are cards that only you can see. A forced bet is then made by the player with the highest hand. This is called the ’bring in’ and the betting continues clockwise around the table. During the game, four more cards are dealt to each player, three being up cards and one being face down. In using Razz poker tips straights, flushes and pairs do not matter as much as they do in a lot of other games. Also, unlike other games the Ace is always a low card. The best starting hand would of course be A-2-3. It is always best if you can get three cards below seven in the first hand. Always beware of the cards that your opponents are holding and try to remember the dead cards. This will give you a fair idea of what live cards are still to come in the game. With Razz poker tips, knowing when to fold is a good skill to have. For example, if during fourth street you are dealt a high card and your opponents all receive low cards, this could be counted as a good time to fold. As it is in any game of poker, bluffing is a very important part of Razz poker tips. Remember your opponents can only see four of your cards and you still have three. They can not see your cards, so this gives you plenty of room to bluff. It may be possible to raise as a bluff if you have even just one low card showing and your hidden cards are mostly, if not all, high cards. The more confident you are about yourself and your hand, the more realistic your bluff comes across to your opponents. In Razz poker tips, you may be able to force your opponents to fold if you get another low card in the next hand. Your opponents may think you have all low cards. Remember to remain confident, and you can get your opponents to believe your bluff, especially if your opponents were dealt a high card or two themselves. However, knowing when to fold is extremely important, especially when you are being called out.
